Facilities

Facilities at the Liverton Village Hall

Situated in the heart of Old Liverton, the hall is the perfect place for parties, group events, clubs and much more.

Liverton Village Hall has a maximum capacity of 120 persons.

The Hall

The hall has 2 main areas to use along with an entrance hall, separate male and female toilets, a store room and a fully fitted kitchen.

 

Heating

We have installed a new air-to-air heating/ cooling system which maintains the hall at a suitable ambient temperature.

Wifi

The hall has superfast broadband.  Free to use.

 

Car Parking

The hall has a car park for around 15 cars that is for exclusive use by Hall hirers.  There is additional offsite parking in Ley Crescent.

 

Grass Areas

The main grass area is to the rear of the car park – there is a smaller grass area set aside for wild flowers

 

Pizza Oven

We have a pizza oven/barbecue along with picnic tables by the grassed area beyond the car park

From Exeter:

Take A38 to Drumbridges Roundabout, take third exit (just after Plymouth off slip and before Bovey Straight A382), and then follow directions below.

From Plymouth:

Take A38 to Drumbridges Roundabout, take first left after slip road, and then follow directions below.

From Newton Abbot:

Take A382 to Drumbridges Roundabout, take second exit (just after Plymouth off slip and before Bovey straight A382), and then follow directions below.

 

To Liverton (after above directions):

Follow road around left then right bends.
Enter Liverton 30mph limit.
Take first right (signposted Ilsington and Rora House).
Follow road straight for 1 mile into Old Liverton.
Turn first right, entrance to Liverton Village Hall at the junction with Ley Close.
