Liverton Village Hall has served as the heart of our community since 1926, originally gifted in memory of Miss Mary Elizabeth Divett and later donated to the parish by Captain Phillpotts. From its early days as ‘Liverton Hut’—home to dances, drama, and the Women’s Institute—to its wartime role as a Home Guard HQ and school for evacuated children, the hall has always brought people together. Gifted to the community in 1953, it remains a charitable hub for village life, now boasting modern facilities following major upgrades in 2024 and 2025. Still thriving today, it hosts regular local group activities, quiz nights, and festive events for all.
